Shipping Information
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 5 days of placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All Mockingbird on Broad merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
Refund Process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card and mailed to your billing address.
Refunds for merchandise purchased over a 30 days ago that are not accompanied by a packing list will be refunded at their current selling price.
Price Adjustments
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges at this time.
